2008 DANCING WITH THE
GLOUCESTER COUNTY STARS

The Greater Woodbury Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey is sponsoring the Third Annual Dancing with the Gloucester County Stars, a county-wide fundraiser. The event, to be held in August, couples notable Gloucester County figures with professional dancers, and the pairs compete to earn money for their charities. Last year's event raised $107,948, more than half of which was collected by Joe Devine, winner of the event's community award.

As one of only six participants, Al Nicolosi, owner of Nicolosi Caterers, will be dancing to benefit the Sean Byrne Foundation to help underwrite the building of the Miracle Field, a unique project that will enable special needs children throughout our community to participate and enjoy baseball – America’s pastime sport.

In doing so, we are asking for your support in raising funds for the Sean Byrne Foundation. Since each dollar represents a vote for your favorite dancer/charity, please consider making a tax-deductible gift of $25, $50, $100 or more as a contribution toward the Sean Byrne Foundation and in recognition of Al's courageous efforts on the dance floor.

The Chamber treasurer will be tabulating results and forwarding the contributions to the Sean Byrne Foundation on a regular basis.

Dances will be taped August 12th and 13th at Auletto Caterers, with the final showcase being taped on September 25th. These events will air on Comcast stations. Air dates and times will be announced later this summer. We ask that you send your “pre-broadcast” gift TODAY, or you may choose to wait and watch the dance competition on Comcast.
